Tenders have been published by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for the commencement of development work in Sector E-12/1. The development authority has set aside Rs574 million for the developmental work in the sub-sector. Tenders for development work in Sector E-12/4 had previously been announced by the CDA. It will cost at least Rs418 million.
Sector E-12 was established over 30 years ago, but the beneficiaries were unable to take ownership of their plots due to a lack of responses to the concerned people’s problems and the start of development activities.
