ISLAMABAD: Moza Tamma and Moriyan of Park Road Housing Scheme were briefed by Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, Federal Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Works, that development work on the project would begin soon as codal formalities were being finalized.
In accordance with the orders of the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan dated 29-04-2015 and 13-04-2015, phase X (Park Road Housing Scheme) of the Housing Authority has been initiated in Tamma and Moriyan. SCBAP and FG employees were both to be eligible to acquire the said land on a parity basis.
There was an inauguration ceremony at which a number of Supreme Court Bar Association employees and Judges participated 11 months ago. In addition to being 7 minutes from COMSATS University Islamabad, Zero Point and Islamabad Expressway, the project is situated at a distance of 28 minutes from the Islamabad International Airport.
The delegation described concerns and problems regarding the ongoing Park Road Housing Scheme of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGHEA) in a meeting with the secretary of housing and works.
During the latest scheme voting, the secretary of housing informed the delegation that the layout plan (LOP) had been completed and PC-1 had already been approved. Construction work will begin shortly to ensure the allotees receive their possession within the stipulated time.
During the meeting, the delegation praised the secretary’s efforts and expressed their satisfaction with the plan. There were also other representatives from the Ministry present at the meeting, including the Director General of the FGEHA, Tariq Rashid.
