The Kutcherry Chowk Development will Begin Soon

Construction on the Kutcherry Chowk project would start soon, Tariq Mehmood Murtaza, Chairman of the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), stated on Sunday. He mentioned that work on Kutchery Chowk would begin soon, taking into consideration the traffic load and the continuity of traffic on these roadways. He said the Central Development Working Party had authorized the project, which would cost around Rs4.7 billion. He stated that following the completion of the Kutcherry Chowk project, development on the Defence Chowk project would begin, with a cost estimate of Rs2.1 billion.

Mr. Murtaza claimed that steps had been taken to make the surrounding area clean and green as a result of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s agenda. The chairman praised the speed and quality of construction on Ammar Chowk and gave heartfelt admiration to Station Headquarters Rawalpindi, the Chaklala Cantonment Board, and the Frontier Works Organisation for their full commitment and assistance in pushing this vital project forward.
