Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Captain (r) Noor-ul-Amin Mengal on Thursday ordered an investigation Bhara Kahu Bypass Incident ( pillars collapsing on the Bhara Kahu Bypass)
Taking to the media after reaching the site, Noor-ul-Amin Mengal said that the accident happened due to a crane declining. “The safety and health of the laborers cannot be risked at any cost,” he added. The CDA chairman assured that the incident would be fully inquired into.
