The news that the Pak-Army GHQ approved DHA Faisalabad as a project in the suburbs of Faisalabad came as a wonderful surprise to the residents. DHA has successfully delivered successful projects in many major cities including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and numerous others, and it is rumoured that they have now come to Faisalabad. DHA Faisalabad location will be on canal road or Tatyana road / Faisalabad-Samundri Road.
There will be 5,10 Marla and 1 Kanal cutting will be announced initially. The plot Files will be available by Jan 2022. The estimated 5 Marla file rate is 30-35 lakh, 10 marla file rate 45-50 lakh, and 1 kanal file 65-70.
