The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) conducted an operation to remove illegitimate structures from the city. The Town Planning Wing carried out the operation on the orders of Director General Ahmad Aziz Tarar on Monday.
According to officials, the personnel of Town Planning Zone II carried out an operation against unlawful constructions, demolishing, and sealing many illegal structures. A building constructed in breach of building norms on Plot No 48 Block Haseeb Azam Garden was also sealed, as it was an illegally under-construction house on Irshad Ali Khan Road. On Katarband Road, LDA employees razed two illegal structures.
