Prime Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has ordered that eco-friendly electric tram projects be prioritized, as they will ease the congestion of canal and Multan roads while making it easier for travelers to access the highways. The Prime Minister chaired the meeting at his office on Tuesday to discuss the launch of the project. Participants also discussed the Gulberg Elevated Railroad Project on the M2 Highway. The elevated highway leads to Babu Sabu via Canalbank Road, Jail Road, Ferozepur Road, Multan Road, and Band Road, where junctions will be built. The director of the Lahore Development Agency explained the project. Prime Minister Advisor Salman Shah, ACS, P & D Chair, Transport and Branch Manager, DG Punjab Mass Transit Authority, and others attended the meeting.
The Prime Minister noted that each district received a development package to ensure coalition development and that the PTI government set a new example of public services over a three-year period. He said a recording initiative for public welfare was taken during PTI’s tenure, compared to the previous administration’s looting and looting era. The PTI government scandal has never surfaced, but in the past, the story of corruption has been revealed on a daily basis. He said the former ruler vigorously abused resources for personal predictions and regrets that propaganda politics was the usual method of opposition.
In a statement, the CM advised opponents to take a pragmatic approach rather than a negative agenda. The opposition has always tried to obstruct the path of development, ignoring national interests, he regretted, arguing that those engaged in anarchy politics should know the facts. The CM concluded that the country needs unity and fraternity, and the country will continue to develop despite difficult circumstances.
