Gulab Devi Underpass is Opened by the CM

Sardar Usman Buzdar, Pakistan’s Chief Minister, has announced the opening of the Grab Devi Underpass, which will bear the name of Abdul Sattar Edhi. In addition to serving Gulab Devi’s patients, children, and social security beneficiaries, the facility will serve hundreds of thousands of citizens daily. Minister Shafqat Mahmood and PTI Punjab President, State Minister Murad Raas, Mian Aslam Iqbal, Asad Khokhar, Ejaz Alam, MPs, PTI Leader, Prime Minister Hasaan Khawar’s Special Assistant, the Inspector General of Police, Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Lahore, and the Secretary Information.

CM Munir Niazi has also had the Gulberg to Jail Road (Siddique Trade Center) flyover named after him. LDA DG and governing body members should be commended for completing the Abdul Sattar Edhi Underpass two months ahead of schedule, he stated and explained that the ceremony was held in the underpass to save money. Through transparency, the Punjab government has saved millions of rupees on each project, he said. The CM announced an elevated expressway project worth Rs50 billion to facilitate citizens in Lahore. Shahdara Morr would also receive Rs6.50 billion for the construction of multilevel entry and exit points, he said.

The CM said the Orangetrain project, like other incomplete projects by the previous government, was completed by the current government by arranging the necessary funding. During the meeting, the Prime Minister instructed that ongoing medical projects need to be completed early in order to provide people with the best medical facilities. He said the Naya Pakistan Health Card will be introduced by the Lahore division in January and the facility will be expanded to the Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala, and Sargodha divisions by March 31st. He said about 400 billion rupees will be spent on general health insurance programs over the next three years.
