Lahore News: The Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood and Provincial Minister for Local Government and Community Development Department Mian Mehmood-ur-Rasheed inspected development projects, finalized in Bhakewal Pind, Allama Iqbal Town, here on Sunday.
The Ministers said that the Government is providing primary facilities according to the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Basharat Khokhar, Zeeshan Siddiqui, Rana Shaheryar, and others also assisted them.
The Federal Minister said that development projects worth Rs 10 crore had been accomplished in the Bhakewal Pind, Allama Iqbal Town, including that Sui gas and sewerage pipelines had also been placed whereas streets had been constructed, adding the process of installation of streetlights area would also start soon.
Speaking on this occasion, they said that a separate tube well for providing water to Bhekewal Pind and a water filtration plant for clean water are also being installed for the residents of Bhakewal Pind, Allama Iqbal Town Lahore.
The locals of Bhekewal Pind thanked federal ministers Shafqat Mehmood and provincial minister Mian Mehmood-ur-Rasheed for the completion of the development work in their area.
