Islamabad: A helpline and WhatsApp number have been shared by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to report cleanliness problems in the capital.
The chairman of the CDA said the organization strives to maintain city cleanliness like all municipalities worldwide. In order to accomplish this goal, 2,200 sanitary workers have been assigned the task of collecting and disposing of garbage.
Tractor trolleys, garbage compactors, escape lifters, truck dumpers, front loaders, shovels, and dozers were used by more than 200 vehicles and 2,000 sanitation staff to perform cleanliness duties.
Door-to-door visits were conducted by CDA’s sanitation staff the removal of animal waste. In addition to the second and third days of Eid-ul-Azha, the operation has been continued.
Grievances can be shared by calling 1334 or by sending a Whatsapp message to 0335-5001213. Providing prompt resolution to complaints and maintaining the city’s cleanliness are the objectives of the helpline.
In order to maintain neatness in Islamabad, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) undertakes this activity. Sanitation chief Sardar Khan Zimri said CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed had instructed him to install squander compartments throughout the capital city.
