Islamabad: The authorities connected Orange Line with Faizabad within a week of Prime Minister Sharif’s announcement, enabling direct access to and from New Islamabad Airport.
The linkage will enable citizens of Faizabad and New Islamabad Airport to travel between them, a statement from the PM Office said, describing it as fulfilling another commitment to residents of the twin cities.
Within four days of assuming office, the prime minister operationalized the incomplete Orange Line project that had lain unfinished for four years.
