CDA Board Approves Land For Two Varsities In 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝

PBR

The land is approved by the Pakistan Institute for Development Economics (PIDE) of the University of Pakistan and the Faculty of Special Education of the National University. On Tuesday, the Board of Directors of the Capital Development Authority (CDA)  approved the allocation of land to two universities in Islamabad and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). It was also decided to build the first high-tech facility in the city.

The Real Estate Handbook has been approved to facilitate operations at the new facility center. This was done to link permissions to the 1819 hotline and automation. The board has ordered that the generator be placed outside the house and must not be confiscated after public notice. Matters concerning the High Court will be brought to the Board of Directors and appropriate reports will be made. The CDA Board also decided, in principle, to create a general waiting list (GWL) for home repairs, prioritize applications and avoid discretion. It was noted that the meeting had to be secured on a first-come, first-served basis and had no discretion, as the budget was already constrained.
