Islamabad: Against encroachments in the National Park Hills area, the enforcement wing of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) conducted operations on Wednesday.
At Saidpur Village in the foothills of Margalla, the enforcement staff and the Islamabad Police demolished a room and a ‘chappar’ hotel with police support.
Two illegally constructed houses were razed in the Darah area of the National Park area.
Heavy machinery was used to demolish a newly constructed house in Kundian Village, and a buffalo den was taken care of in Mal Dheri.
Margalla Hills’ beauty is one of the priorities of the Capital Development Authority, a spokesman said.
