Lahore: Information was advertised in the leading dailies on the Lahore Development Authority’s (LDA’s) website that today (15/09/2021) marks the deadline for application submission to participate in the ballot of the Jinnah Sector commercial plots in LDA City. Applications for the program must be submitted by September 20, 2021.
PKR 3.1 million per marla is the base price the LDA has set for the mentioned plots based on the advertisement. Here is some detail that interested applicants should note from the advertisement.
For plots up to 8 Marlas, the application non-refundable fee is PKR 10,000; for plots larger than 8 Marlas, it is PKR 15,000. Multiple applications can be submitted by one applicant for various plot types. Within 30 days of the balloting, successful applicants will need to submit 20% of the amount, with the remainder to be paid over 2 years. Payment of the allotted plot in a lump sum is subject to a discount of 10%.
